1 General Introduction and Eligibility

betx7 (referred to hereafter as the "Platform", "we" or "betx7") is an online gaming and betting service provider that offers cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, live casino and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any stored bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on betx7 is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — this applies to all payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are:

3.3 Fees and Taxes

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the deposit amount must meet the minimum deposit requirement.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times to become eligible for withdrawal. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer can be used only once unless otherwise specified
• Bonuses are for gaming use only and cannot be withdrawn directly
• betx7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Users can reach higher tiers through regular and active participation. VIP benefits may change at betx7's sole discretion.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on betx7 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. SSL encryption and secure connections are maintained on our platform.

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market, and are clearly displayed in the game interface. It will not be possible to place a bet exceeding these limits.

5.2 Technical Errors

betx7 reserves the right to void or correct the outcome of any bet or game affected by a technical error or system failure. In such circumstances, the amount staked will be refunded.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

6 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments) and other sports markets are available on betx7. The following specific rules apply to sports betting:

6.1 Match Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or concluded outside the scheduled time, betx7 reserves the right to void the related bets and refund the amount staked.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds change continuously during live betting. betx7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or limit live betting at any time, particularly during major events.

6.3 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been accepted, the original odds at the time of the bet will apply. However, betx7 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
